Roxy talks about her birthday party year round. She adds every new friend she makes to the guest list in her mind and tells me to make sure I remember to send them an invitation. When she started kindergarten, she was SUPER excited that we’d be able to give out paper invitations (instead of sending them the lazy evite way) and wanted to buy a pack of 50 cards so she could invite every single one of her friends at school. With this love of parties, her overall stubbornness and wild and crazy rock star style, I’m getting just a weeeee bit worried about her teen years. She is really smart, though, and sweet as can be. So maybe I’m worried for nothing. Right? RIGHT?!
Roxy Rae, six going on sixteen ♥ (I love you sweet girl!)
Roxy and her BFF, Maggie
Rox and her two best friends from school, Trudy and Yader
Our friends the Nichols!
I should have taken a picture of this super cute cupcake. It said “Sweet Six” and had a cherry on top. BIG HUGE thanks to my friend Nichole, from Cupcake Couture in San Antonio for sending the cupcakes. They were DELICIOUS!
This is why I don’t take pictures of people eating at weddings. Even kids don’t like it! Ha!
Marley says HAPPY BIRTHDAY big sister!
Jessie and Michelle have been friends since they were babies! I love these girls!
My friend Maya’s boys are always so fun to have over. I love these little dudes!
The party had to have entertainment, right? Marley LOVES to play the piano!
Rox wanted to be a photographer for career day and has always loved taking pictures with my phone, so I went ahead and bought her a new camera. She LOVED it!
Rox and her long time crush, Dan. How cute is this?!
Lots more blog posts to come! I still have Key West pictures to post, some fun new weddings, a newborn shoot for my cousin Liz (who had her baby in December, so yeah, I’m a little bit behind on that one) and bunches more. Stay tuned!
XOXO
